Just a few more sets of family portraits to share with you before the holidays.

This family photo session features two adorable sisters, Olivia and June, in Chevy Chase, MD. Parents Matt and Erin placed the winning bid from the auction at Temple Sinai Nursery School, which was my son’s beloved nursery school. I’m pleased to be able to give back by donating to this great fundraiser and I really enjoy connecting with families who share our love and support of the school.

Our session was on a beautiful fall day in the late afternoon, which provided nice, soft natural light that is perfect for portrait photography. It was warm enough to enjoy playing outside and take advantage of this super fun swing, which proved to be a great way to capture genuine joy on June’s face. The family’s sweet backyard setup, complete with a dream treehouse, was recently featured in Bethesda Magazine where you can see more of June enjoying the swing.
