This family photo session was the result of the winning bid from the Bethesda Elementary school auction. I donated a custom family photo shoot and print to the school’s big yearly fundraising event. The auction was actually held in the spring of 2012, but when lucky winner, Beth, called me in the winter and told me she’d like to get her two kids together with her brother’s kids to do a session with all the cousins.
We decided to wait until warmer weather so we could head outside. This foursome (and their parents) are super close and with one set of siblings in Bethesda and the others in Leesburg, they live close enough to spend plenty of quality time together. (I’m so jealous!) We were finally able to get everyone together on a beautiful summer day and managed to capture both families before the two youngest cousins escaped on their bikes. It was a fun, whirlwind session!
