For the first four months after my son was born, I frequented the Breastfeeding Center almost weekly. The Center was hosting a support group for new, breastfeeding moms like me. It was an amazing resource for me during a time when I faced a lot of challenges with breastfeeding. Plus, it was a great way for me to get out of the house and meet other moms. The BFC’s old website left a lot to be desired. So when fellow mom, BFC patron, and graphic designer extraordinaire Linsey Silver, principal of Element 47 Design, volunteered her services to do a total website redesign, she enlisted me to provide the photography. With the help of many mother and baby models from the support group, we got some great images. Those photos of breastfeeding moms and plenty of cute babies now grace the pages of the new site.
